Welcome to Stratumly Docs

Stratumly is the operating system for physical infrastructure: the single platform where utilities, highways authorities, councils, miners, and rail maintainers run their physical asset base, plus the managed-service contractors who maintain those estates.

This documentation is a how-to manual for using the platform.

Where to start​

  • New to Stratumly? Start with the Quickstart to set up an organisation, load an asset register, and run your first capture.
  • Setting up an asset register? Read Maps for layer creation, bulk import, drawing, and editing.
  • Capturing data from the field? Read Forms for the form builder and Submissions for what happens to captured data.
  • Building operational views? Read Dashboards for widgets and sharing, and Spatial analysis for buffer / intersect / proximity / heatmap operations.
  • Working with flood data? Read Flood data for the static flood-zones and live flood-warnings layers.
  • Uploading drone or LiDAR data? Read Uploading drone & LiDAR surveys.

Cross-tenant collaboration​

If you work with contractors, customers, or end-clients who need to see or edit your projects:

  • Project sharing — grant another organisation access to a single project without provisioning logins on your tenant.
  • Client portal — give a customer a read-only view of a project with no Stratumly account required.
  • Ownership transfer — hand a project over to another organisation in one transaction.
  • Operator directory — find a verified drone operator, or list your own profile.
  • Per-project dashboards — build dashboards scoped to a single project.
